I'm still fairly new to this thread but it's such a bad influence!!! I start trawling round your BLOG's, then I follow various links, leave comments and pop over to websites from your sidebars and before I know it I've forgotten where I started, why I'd gone on the net in the first place and an hours passed in the blink of an eye :rotfl:

Lovely inspiration out there though :)

Ooohhh Mary, I am so sorry that you didn't get better news :(. Please keep your chin up and pop on the thread when you can, big hugs xxx

Rusty & Georgie, sounds like you need hugs too, so let's have a group one :grouphug: Rusty, your new stash sounds fab! Thank goodness those stamps arrived, what is the ****** point of sending things first class when they take nearly a week to arrive...?

Mel, I've not heard of anyone wanting to eat ice before, that is such an MSE craving though ;) I too love the name Tilly x

I did only have a trim, bet OH won't even notice :p

Phew that's me all caught up now - that'll teach me to get so far behind again! I haven't been up to much really, my LOTV order arrived today along with my new cc designs stamp, they've already been inked and stamped and I've already started on a card. I also treated myself to the new Prima Jack and Jill Celebrate pad along with some matching cardstock - can't wait for that to arrive - the other papers were so pretty. I've been thinking about getting a few dies too - I fancy some border ones so I can use those instead of punches but I haven't splashed out yet. I've got to get some ez mount - I hate using DST to stick my stamps to the block. I intended to list a load of stuff on ebay this weekend what with it being free to list, but I was so lazy I didn't bother!

Melissa you can just use pritt stick to stick unmounted stamps onto acrylic blocks then wipe the glue off.
sorry to hear people are having a bad time - hope your crafting takes your mind off it

    Hello all :j

First off big hugs to Georgie and Rusty ((((((:o))))))

As for me, well saw boffin yesterday and seems this is as good as it'll get -me, the sticks/walking frame and wheelchair are now forever friends..........:o
Not the best news I could have but have to make the best of a bad job I suppose and not get too depressed about it.
Everything now has to be done through GP (part of Camerons Big Society is it I wonder?) so I have to see him to get referral to dietician and any spine problems I have and he'll sort it out.....apparently.

Still, not to be 'downfaced' I set to and made some cards this morning..............4 of them. One may well be MIL's mothers day card.......not sure which yet though.

    Keep busy and smiling:)

AWWW sorry you had this news,Mary, dont be too down hearted, you always seem to bounce back from whatever life throws at you.
Big hugs to you and your hubby

think I have enough cards for the next 5 years,:eek:

me too but i've started putting them all onto ezmount and it's taking forever i still have lots to do. Some of them though i think stamped better without it.

flourgirl my oh said ouch that sounds expensive for your oh.

melissa i love the name you've chosen. my son is thinking of logan but he said they aren't sure yet cos he might not look like a logan . Given that he chose his nephews middle name and he's kobie lexus anything is possible.
My other son in the states is thinking of gabriel for a boy or aurora for a girl cos they don't know what their baby is yet .
