  • Rusty you sound like my oh he told her exactly the same. He said she's the one who has to be up all night at times with carlys night terrors and she's the one who's done all the hospital trips etc. Doubt he'll bother with a court order . Carly starts full time school in september so she'll only be free at weekends and as he's always telling his mates he's always away at weekends with his band as they are so busy.lol.

Last time i got broody i got a buy 1 get one free that stopped me wanting more . After my third the doctor said i'd never have another 5 years later i had twins.

:rotfl: BOGOF would be fine, I honestly wouldn't mind anything, but I think we are both feeling the same that it would be wrong to try for anymore as we are lucky to have one of each!!

Ah ha, that's the one I've got :D Would you like to borrow it?

Rusty, broody ehhh? 2 days in my house will sort those feeling out for you ;) Come on down if you dare...

Having my hair cut later, not sure if to have it trimmed or go short? Decisions, decisions...

    Take care everyone x

:rotfl: your kidlets would be angels for me, everyones kids are angels apart from my own lol ... but they are angels for anyone else!
Just trim your hair, and do as you said, be more adventurous for the summer ;) ...

Flourgirl - I childmind for a little boy (3) three afternoons a week ... but that doesn't stop the broodyness ... think I just get like this sometimes and it will dissapear!! ... I would be happy for cuddles with a baby! LOL ... maybe my next door neighbour will let me have a cuddle in a couple of weeks when she has her little boy? :rotfl:

Well I was supposed to be crafting this morning, but I am in so much pain that I barely managed to get to the nursery to pick up DD. Just had to call OH to ask if he will phone one of his sisters and get one of them to pick up Thomas as I just can't move much today :(

Been AWOL for a couple of day, not feeling too well at the moment, but have to give myself a kick up the backside and get back out in the land of the living. I did do quite a long post on Monday evening but then deleted it because it was a bit on the depressing side.

If I had been paying attention to various MSE threads then I am sure I would have discovered, before yesterday, that last weekend was a free listing weekend on ebay.

I'm going to try and make a card or two this afternoon to cheer myself up.

Oh, and thank you marg for the list xxx

Hope you feel better soon ... dont delete posts just because you think they are depressing, we are all friends here and believe it or not, I would have cracked up if it hadn't been for these lovely ladies on here. I lost my Grandad and Gran in less than a year of each other, and my OH was redundant for 6 months ... without these ladies on here I have no idea where I would have been now!! Sending hugs! xx

Which reminds me, I need to think about an hour at the beach soon ... nearly a year since I lost my lovely Grannybasher ... just writing this brings tears to my eyes! Grrr!

    Back later on xxx

Quick overview, had a Valentine's card from somebody with whom I broke it off before Christmas - it said "we belong together" (which might be true, but sure as hell won't happen unless he decides to tell his wife h doesn't want to be with her - and nobody can judge me more harshly than I judge myself) and then on Monday, after I'd been to the dentist and discovered I need £200 worth of treatment, and that's after my Denplan discount has been taken off, came home with worse toothache than I went, and discovered flowers. Which I didn't want so I threw them straight in the bin.

Woke up yesterday and was sick and shaky and spent most of the day asleep under 2 quilts (how much was really ill and how much was depression, i don't know) and today can't face the world.

I have just, finally, deleted said person from MSN, FB and my phone, and was ok, until I opened my post which has just arried and it's my Barbara Gray artwork and it's the piece I really wanted which says "Wishing you well" And now I'm crying.

EDIT Oh another good thing, other than the BG artwork, is that my son has bought me today's C&C POD for my birthday/mother's day. And I think the crying is a temporary thing coz it's easing off a bit now.

Rusty - sorry to hear that you're suffering again. Hope you manage to get to the beach soon.

Georgiegirl2012 - hope you feel better soon too, sounds like you've had a rough few days - well done for deleting your ex - it must have been hard, but how fab that you got the artwork that you wanted.

Rainmac - sorry to hear about DS and that you were too tired for your meal! I'm okay thanks - really uncomfortable though, I can't seem to settle at the minute, plus I'm permanently crunching ice and visiting the bathroom!! Can't believe its only 6 1/2 weeks to go - I'm getting a bit scared at the thought of the labour again! It was very quick with Elliot but very painful so I've decided that if the hospital try to put me off coming in then I'll ignore them - there's no way I'm having this one on the bathroom floor! Really must get my hair cut too - it's such a state!!

    CT19720 - beautiful scarf - I love the colour!
  • But in the manner of a true crafter - took the velvet ribbon off the card before I binned it.

    Not crying no more:T

No one here will judge you I am sure ... but if it is any consolation I think the best thing you could have done is delete him ... and delete him out of your life ... sounds like he wants his cake and wants to eat it!! ?Keep your chin up!! :j and tell him to ... well ask peppop if she will give him a cuttlebug kiss ... or threaten to tell his wife if he wont leave you alone :rotfl:

Georgiegirl Big squishy hugs from me, hope you feel better soon, but even if you don't, please keep posting on here. You may not feel like facing the world but we're all faceless and you can tell us anything, we only want to help.

Melissa - Do I want to ask... why are you crunching ice - never had any kids so I'm confused??

Rusty Gentle hugs to you, hope your pain eases soon.

OH and I went to see My Chemical Romance last night - boy am I suffering today, not from booze but from jumping about like an idiot - think I'm gonna have to grow old a bit more gracefully and accept I'm past all this now... :rotfl: They were great though :rotfl:

No problem - OH thinks I should change my name to cuttlebasher - I tried it the other way round but don't think they'd let me call myself bashb*gger :rotfl:

Thanks for asking about the ice thing too Rusty thought it was just me :o
