Phew that's me all caught up now - that'll teach me to get so far behind again! I haven't been up to much really, my LOTV order arrived today along with my new cc designs stamp, they've already been inked and stamped and I've already started on a card. I also treated myself to the new Prima Jack and Jill Celebrate pad along with some matching cardstock - can't wait for that to arrive - the other papers were so pretty. I've been thinking about getting a few dies too - I fancy some border ones so I can use those instead of punches but I haven't splashed out yet. I've got to get some ez mount - I hate using DST to stick my stamps to the block. I intended to list a load of stuff on ebay this weekend what with it being free to list, but I was so lazy I didn't bother!
  • sorry i'm not posting much but not feeling too good at the moment. Not helped by the fact we are having problems with carly's father . He's never been interested in seeing her and even now denies she is his . Lat week her mum put a message on facebook telling her friends about carly's results as she was so happy with them . One of her friends then contacted her and said she'd seen carly's dad and he'd asked her to tell toria he wanted to see carly now that she was " getting better and becoming normal ". Can't put our reply on a public forum but it wasn't polite . My oh is ready to rip his head off for daring to imply that carly has ever been abnormal she told him after 3 and half years the only words she had for him were court and order as it's the only way he'd get anywhere near.
His sister let it slip last night the reason behind it all is that his band is on the verge of being signed and he's worried my daughter will sell her story about him as they have been warned if they have any skeletons they need to stop them rattling lol.

Is there something in the water at the moment my dil Lindsey is due the baby on the 1st of march which will be ( her oh's )my eldest sons birthday. Last night my dil astara rang from LA and said they are having a baby too and thats due on the 2nd second of sept which is her oh (my 2nd sons) birthday .

Rusty thank you for the reply to my email i'll be in touch soon.

Artydoll . So pleased you weren't in the car and hope your oh feels better soon. It must have been scary. Love the flowers too especially the loo roll one it's fab.

Artydoll - so glad the other car was insured. Hope it is all sorted out very soon.

Thanks for the updated lists Marg - all received OK.

Finally got around to updating my piece of the internet, hopefully will get in the swing of doing it more regularly now.

PepPop just posted my scarf on the handmade gift thread, and have to say I love it. Testing out setting a post on my b**g to come on automatically, so with any luck it will be on my b**g tomorrow morning.

Wanted to make some quick cards tonight with the LOTV girly squares I bought the other week, but have managed to mislay them somewhere . Had a big tidy up 2 weeks ago, and now can't find them:mad:. I suppose they will eventually come out of hiding, either that or I have chucked them out by mistake.

Jack has just come in and said he has lost another tooth. That is the 3rd one in the last week, so the tooth fairy has been busy lately in our house!

Sorry for your problems with Carly's dad Craftygranny - isn't it funny how people only come out of the woodwork when they are after/want something. I'd be equally disgusted about his discription of Carly xx
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
  • Ct just seen your scarf on the other thread it's lovely looks very soft too. Did laugh at the oops it was for a gift but i liked it so wore it.

Mary just wanted to say thank you for the fab card you sent me . I'll pop a pic on my blog tomorrow. Hope you're feeling a little better and aren't too down. Hope your physio goes well.

First of all, congratulations, you certainly are a craftygranny several times over :j

Secondly, with regards to the above ... tell him to take you to court ... and once he has been signed get your DD to come out of the closet and make herself thousands of pounds which she can class as back payment for CSA :rotfl: ... thing is, that I am the kind of person who would do something like that ... not out of spite, but why should that bloke ignore their child and then when they become famous lead the life of luxury whilst the mum/grandparent has struggled to make sure the child has the perfect life and everything she needs :D

Can we have a new pic of the baby? :D I am broody but a couple of weeks ago, OH and I actually sat for the first time and discussed having children  We have never done that before ... which may sound strange considering we have 1 together :rotfl:
