Making cards - Ideas (part 5)
Comments
-
Evening - how's everyone's day been? I've managed to do a card today for my MIL's birthday and posted it on my bl*g. Just need to print an insert and make a box for it now. Shall have to do that tomorrow as the birthday is on Sunday. I've just been catching up on blog posts and have left comments. I don't think I'll manage to keep up with everything so apologies if I've missed anyone. I'm hoping for another little trip to Hobbycraft tomorrow as we have to go past there on the way to Lakeland. Need to take my new baking trays back as the non-stick has bubbled up. Only bought them on 30th December! I'm really disappointed - not that I'm much of a domestic goddess. Have a good weekend.0

WBR Perhaps you could inform QVC that you will report them to your local trading officer if they will not give you a direct replacement for your item, I'm not at work and can't remember the article but I am sure I've read about this. Try not to accept a credit note, inform them even by email/letter that you are insisting on a replacement as they have sold you faulty goods. I'll try and help on Monday if you need it.
Melissa, good to see you back and a beautiful card as well.
Louby, good on yer! Hopefully the school will now understand that this situation needs very careful watching, I hope your little chap is ok, give him a hug from the old Essex battleaxe. Never, never cross your arms when you talk to them, it's defensive.
It's a comfort, PepPop, to know your my wing man and ready to do a bit of green Bugging :rotfl:
Craftygranny sending hugs to you and your daughter, my heart hurt for her to have to have undergone that sort of treatment. I've had blokes try and bully me in an office, all full of testosterone and stand over over you and try and tell you how to do your job. I just stand up and put my hands on my (ample:eek:) hips, !!!! my head sideways and look 'em straight in the eye with a wry smile on my face.
Rusty your PIF is a fab idea but I can't commit to making five things to pass on, I hope it goes well. I'm in the process of finishing my baby card and will try and get it into the Ladybug challenge.
Off to hozzie again on Wednesday for the nose job, I thought I'd have a cute little Zoe Wannamaker this time around and then two weeks off!!! Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Louby hope you little boy is okay now, shocking response from the school
