Afternoon ladies, a flying visit from me as I'm about to embark on an epic baking session! Would've done it this morning, but realised that some of the ingredients were missing, so popped to Mr T for pistatchio nuts and a few other bits and ended up with no nuts as they wanted £6 a pack!! So hauled myself of to Sainsbury where they were £1.60 a pack! Next thing is it's lunchtime, so a completely wasted morning
Anyway, I've blog hopped and left comments, but for those of you who haven't posted or that I may have missed, I just want to wish you A HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND FAB NEW YEAR. I may not get back on here as am running slightly behind schedule!!
Take care all. x0 -

Congrats on your DT position Scatty - saw it earlier this morning but can never remember your blog name so wasn't sure it was you
Tissues for everyone who needs them although I might help myself to a couple
My sink defrosted and then it started snowing again so working on the basis that if I went out to turn my car round it would stop I did - and of course has stopped now - but NEED to pick up contacts tomorrow as dropped last one on bathroom floor this morning and it's uncomfortable :rotfl:
Glad your heating is ok now Flourgirl - told OH 2 of my friends had pipes freeze so we kept ours on all night - was a bit warmer this morning although still -1 when I took DD to school for 8 felt positively tropical although my hat (which DD hates) fell in a puddle serves me right for stopping to chat
Rainmac - I'll do your ironing - you can keep the mince pies though - they are nasty things like sproutsOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Ali B - Thanks for watching the home program my nephew in law didn't appear on the program - he is the series producer! and always encourages us to watch them. There is a new series of not Christmas ones starting in the New Year. I'd love to know where they find the people - wouldn't you?
rainmac - I'll do your ironing for no mince pies (even tho' I love them) if it gets me away from here!
Wifey - if you are reading hope your family arrive safely.
Flourgirl - glad your heating's sorted - hope you've thawed out & thank you for the recipe x
Scatty - well Done on your DT.0
