craftygranny I have just received an e mail from craftwork cards to say my order has been processed and will be shipped today:mad: however this is computer generated and today actually means Monday - I am so  OH has just phoned and complained and all they said was it was a very popular offer:mad: I am tempted to cancel as the Christmas card candy and sentiments will arrive too late to use this year...but the goody bags are good value:mad:

sorry for all the  but I am furious:mad:

Padingtondoo Im sorry you suffer from it too, Id be doing well for quite a while too but...you know it just sneaks back up on you! Thanks for the supportive comment, Hope you have a lovely Santa trip today xx

Bunbun2 Thats terrible news! Would have been nice of them to let you know straight away there would be a delay. i don't blame you for being   especially as some things are going to arrive too late to use this year. But I understand the dilemma about cancelling the order when there are some good value things on it.

Liz Stay safe and enjoy your peaceful night tonight :)

Well my OH put his window down in the car this morning and it won't go back up  so at the moment he has the car door off trying to mess with 'the insides' fingers crossed he fixes it.

Hope everyone elses days are going ok so far :)

Oh MY GOODNESS! I finally made it to the post office today to pick up my blog candy parcel. There's soo much - thank you thank you thank you. "&son" has already decided which bits we are going to "share". It was immensely generous of you to send all that - it was like Christmas come early.
    THANKS AGAIN

I've also had an email from Craftwork cards this morning to say my order has been processed. Very poor service imho - was equally bad last time I ordered from them from memory so I doubt I'll be ordering again even though my order was big enough to qualify for gold membership.

ETA - I would have rung them to complain but they're not answering the phone - they say to call back during business hours but I can't find anything that says what their business hours are.

I'd asked for my delivery to go to my Mum's but she's going away on Wednesday so it'd better arrive before then
  • Hi everyone,

Not sure this is the right place to post but here goes ...

The oh has decided she wants a cricut expression machine for xmas. Where is the cheapest / best place to get one from in the UK ? I am aware that overstock in the US have some for sale which can be shipped to the UK but is that really the best deal (after tax, delivery etc). Cheapest I have found is £289.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

    Lucky OH!

I looked into bying my expression from the US but decided after tax, customs charges and postage it really wasn't saving enough to take on the risk of having to return it to the US if there was a problem with it

£289 sounds reasonable to me - how many cartridges wold you get with that deal?

You asked this question earlier in the year and had quite a few responses https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2194153

The same applies about buying in the US. Just do a google search to find the cheapest available in the UK and have the peace of mind that if there are any problems you'll get them sorted.
