Sorry I can't stay just mow but have a very O/T question if someone can advise please?

I asked my nephew for suggestions for his Christmas pressie & he's texted (is that a word?) to say "a new controller for my X box and a rechargeable battery for it"

I don't want to appear like too much of a techie numptie to him (& you already know I am!) BUT are there different types of X box or can I just go to a ?? shop & get one that will fit his Xbox? TIA

I presume it is an Xbox 360? not just an Xbox? Might be worth just asking.

You can order online from Amazon, controller in Black is £24.99 and a recharcable battery pack is £8.99 well worth the money though. If you can wait a little bit I can look and see if I can find some cheaper for you. Not sure what your budget is.

Tomsmum - How horrible of them, I would complain, that is awful!!

Had a nice morning with bunbun, papermill shop was pretty much empty, but managed to spend £25 got some penny black stamps for £4.99 down from £12 I think? will take a picture of my stuff and blog it later on :)

Edit: had a quick look around and you can get the controller cheaper but only from places I wouldn't personally use ... and both OH and I buy lots of games and accesories for both wii, xbox and ps3 ... hope this helps?
