best for me consistently is react coffee, worst is the Italian Brothers, sometimes great, sometimes terrible - a real lucky dip!

LOL @ TUDORC1. They used to do a different DIY company before this one and I was petrified of doing them. She always tempted me with an extra fee. Staff were always scary!

Yep by the skin of my teeth :). A store by the sea in Essex. They have been consistently good but it may be because the manager dealt with one of the enquiries on both my visits to the store. The rest of the stores I have shopped have in the main been disappointing. So hard to find a member of staff.

In general, I can't stand staff in jewellery shops. Just because they sell items that are worth a lot does not mean they are all posh and glam and what not. They normally treat customers like dirt!

Know exactly what you mean... There's a lot of them think they're "shop assistant barbie" :rotfl:

ooooh I dunno I did an abai cafe last weekend the staff ate infront of me... and were just on go slow.

Wow I'm really surprised  guess it just goes to show the staff do go a long way to make the experience a good or bad one...

Unfortunately the last three I've done I would have killed for some hot food instead of barely luke warm, especially given how much they charge! :(

Without wanting to be negitive there's not many to recognise ;)

Let's be honest, if they were all positive experiences we'd be out of a job! :rotfl:

The gap between the vision and the reality is often as wide as the Grand Canyon. But there are still corners of excellence that shine as beacons in the gloom.

Unbelievably, I had a fantastic ABAi Petrol station this weekend. Clean tidy, and an amazingly friendly MoS. I stretched my shoulder as I came in and she offered me a massage!
