The best phone shops I have shopped at the GAP ones. Service has always been friendly and second to none and the staff members go all out to try and get your business. The service in the other phone shops leaves a lot to be desired and they don't seem to be as enthusiastic.0

..... has to be the up-market supermarket. They all seem to be consistently wonderful.
I regularly do one really excellent TNS DiY. The rest of them are at the other end of the spectrum. Also, one ABAi petrol stands head and shoulders above the rest, as does one RE station shop.
I really do like it when I can say "I could not fault any aspect of my experience" and select the top rating for a store!0 -
Thank you to those who replied regarding GR clients. I now live in a couple of supermarkets and a clothes shop!!
I seem to have started a little trend again so I will combime the messages I've been sent and PM those of you who have just asked for the list! And cross my fingers that you are all far away!!!0 -
I have to say, some of the best ms service I've received was probably in the pretentious young fashion stores that tern visit - I went in with many misgivings but the level of personal service was extraordinary.0

The staff in the supermarket are great, but the in-store cafe can be decidedly dodgy (but the hot chocolate SO makes it all worthwhile......)!
My bestest of the bestests for consistency are tns coffee and one of the GR phone shops.
Worst have been supermarket electrical and abai petrol.January 2012 GC £296.96/£3000 -
The RE Beauty Shop I have always found wonderful. The shop assistants I've dealt with would have spent hours with me if necessary and told me everything they know about every product! I always feel bad that I'm only planning on buying 1 item, wish they would triple the reimbursement, especially as I love their products anyway, but I have to be very strict with myself when I do this shop and remind myself I'm doing it for the extra pennies that are needed elsewhere, not to buy more lovely (although probably overpriced really) face cream!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700

A game of two halves on my visit yesterday.
In the first department the member of staff I made an enquiry to just pointed and gave rough directions to the item then went back to restocking without saying a word. In the next bit I was ignored again then recieved brief disinterested service before being left to my own devices.
The next two sections were adequate with polite service but a bit routine and nothing exceptional.
Then the last two sections were completely wow factor with lovely smiling staff members who were very helpful and chatty and they made a huge fuss of my young daughter (who was allowed to be on the visit!).Here I go again on my own....0 -

I wasn't expecting to like the clothes so much, I'm still fancying the PJ bottoms...0 -

Had an excellent experience in a GfK one last week. Phones don't half get more fancy. :rotfl:0
