So i did a GAP burger job today... The guy kept saying *when I asked for a receipt) "Hey we haven't had GAP in yet this month... so get a copy of the reciept.. GAPS due... I saw it on their website... ""gap gap gap etc " so 10 of them hoarded around my reciept... funny thing is apart from the one clown talking ABOUT gap they did a great job

DO you feel I should mention the gap talk inthe report?

BTW they decided to keep every single person order reciepts.

Just filling in a RE report for a torso shop. One of the questions is "what affected your experience in the store today?" then a choice of things to choose from (staff, POS, store layout) and provide a detailed comment.

What does this mean, anyone got any idea? Does it mean what affected me adversely? Strange question althogh not surprised as it is RE!

    Any help appreciated!

Anyone else get an email from TNS Sassie today reminding them to set their visit date of their coffee jobs or the jobs will be cancelled?

I have set the visit date, I did it as soon as I accepted the job, and the dates are showing on the Shopper Log - what more do they want

I got one too - had set the date as well.

Cancelled today though. Have you noticed the front page said the job was doable from a September date? I was all set to do it today alongside some other jobs in the next town along, but the brief says you can only do it from Saturday onwards.

Oh well, nothing lost I guess - I was using it as a mid morning break freebie refreshment!

UKMonkey tells the story of when he did a burger joint and was sussed ... got excellent service ... so he went home, changed the date of the job to the next day, went back and reported on that visit!! You should do that if you have the time (and inclination!)

You know what, I went and made a complete kn*b of myself by doing 2 on Monday. The paperwork is bloody stupid! In one place it clearly says you could have done it from September and then totally different in another part. Obviously, it was my fault for not having checked it properly, but why on earth do companies do these things to trip shoppers up? What a waste of £14. The latte's were all cr*p and so were the horrid cakes!:mad::mad:
  • Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has been paid from the TNS Sassie cider jobs yet? I did 5 of them on the 15th of August, they were my first jobs for them so not sure when their pay date is. Thanks

    Hi
I had an email from GAP today reminding me of all the procedures when doing a burger visit. Was wondering if many others had this or whether this was some sort of warning to me?? On another note with them I managed to mess up the pizza orientation, will I ever get another chance to do it???
    Thanks in advance

  • I've just done my first job for PIP - the luxury chocolate store in Bluewater.

Just done the report, and nowhere did it ask me for any receipt details, or details of what I purchased. Is this right or have I missed something out?

Just about to do my first REACT assignment tomorrow but it's gonna be a very busy day and don't think I'd be able to submit the report within 24 hours as I have got other commitments the day after.

Have people submitted their report later than 24 hours and got penalised for it? The notes didn't mention when it should be submitted (unlike others where they specifically say submit reports within 8 to 24 hours!)

    Hi,

I had the same email. I think it is just a gentle reminder to everyone which is fair enough. I suspect there are some chancers out there who don't bother to use a timer or think they can bring someone along with them to the assignment.
