  • i did it last night. got a supermarket job from it. only 3 miles from my house so the radius from the postcodes cant be big.

You would think that, but I changed one of postcodes by one digit (HU1 to HU2). These addresses are only 500 metres apart, but then I couldn't see the magical stores that I used to see! Apparently it doesn't necessarily go on a certain radius from your postcode, but the jobs get sent to a number (say 15) of the nearest available panellists to that postcode.

So there is no hard and fast rule! :D

When I spoke to them a few months ago, they told me to use the postcode of a known client in 5 areas. This would mean that I was definitely closest to that client and would get offered the jobs.
I now live in the doorway of a bottom slapping Supermarket !
Seem to be doing OK from it.
  • Anyone got the .... (oh god, thinking of the code phrase for this and just can't re..mem..ber..)

Umm, painting people?? Anyway, they are on Bare and expire Thursday.

Are there so many left because knowbody wants them or they have not been allocated????

I don't quite fit the criteria but the bf really wants me to do it (that thing again where he hates my shopping until he benifits) so sent them an email making an offer.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

  • Grassroots supermarket. 9 Enquiries????

Your kidding. I won't find 9 members of staff to speak to.

If you don't find anybody in the department can you skip the question?

They are lovely jobs and the staff are brilliant. You will enjoy them. The reason I havent done any this time is the large reimbursement.(btw the fee has been sliced by 25% as well)
  • Anyone else get an email from TNS Sassie today reminding them to set their visit date of their coffee jobs or the jobs will be cancelled?

I have set the visit date, I did it as soon as I accepted the job, and the dates are showing on the Shopper Log - what more do they want

ETA: Ignore me, the email is about a 3rd job that I accepted in error, and they have chosen to ignore my email asking them to cancel it. Hey-ho it will cancel automatically if I don't set the date won't it LOL

There seems to be an awful lot of people being 'let go of' by Gap at the moment. Makes me wonder if they do actually have anybody left to work for them. Is it just all the newer people signing up to them, or have people who have worked for them for quite a while being let go as well?

I've done one shop with them, I just couldn't believe when I woke up this morning that I'd been fired, for nothing!! I had two shops to do for them over this coming weekend!

    :(
