Does anyone have contact information for ABAi? I can't seem to log on with any of my usual Usernames and the "Forgotten your username?" link isn't working. I've checked my inbox and there doesn't ever seem to have been an email confirmation of my username, only my password!

I don't have any contact details for them, but if it helps this company you need numbers in the user name.

I only mention it as I keep forgetting to put numbers on my user name when I log in as non of my other user names contain them, so not sure if it would be the same for you? :o

Ouch! Home safe now jen? Not my favourite road. Used to work shifts at the Gyle and I hated the bypass. ( Not really a bypass anymore as they've built so much on it, it's almost the main road to everywhere.)

I'm supposed to be going to Fort Kinnaird this week. Bit of a novelty for me, having 6 jobs in the same retail park. Will be annoyed if I have to release them. Not even sure if I will be able to get to Hawick tomorrow.

I'm well and truly fed up of Retail Maxim.
I have been doing their surveys for ages now, and recently more and more queries. I am today being asked to provide them with proof that I carried out a job 2months ago, as the store have queried it. Was a web-form job, tens of customer surveys all uploaded, and how else am I supposed to prove it?! They want me to find the store manager's signature from the day in question and email it to them by the end of the day.
Supposed to be doing two more sets of these by next week, but the fact that i am getting more and more stupid queries, shorter time frames and more to do, is making me pretty likely to phone them back in the morning and tell them I won't be doing anything more for them, I am fed up of jumping through their hoops and still getting treated like an idiot by their call centre.
