I think the question that needs to be asked is 'why has it taken so long to ask for more photos to be taken'?. One of the ones that needs redone is one in my area that I didn't take and it was to be shopped at the end of October/start of November. And are they really going to use photos knee deep in snow for marketing purposes? Usually these types of publicity pics are taken in summer when there is a lot of natural light, not a dark December afternoon.0

Good grief. Where are you based? Hope it suns up soon and starts to melt. I was dancing on ice today but managed to get mine done. That's another load off my mind. Now I can chill.
Dundee!
I've not been out my door since 26th (Fri). (Probably going to get rickets soon with lack of daylight!)
The car is buried. The problem is I live in a small road with houses only along one side, so there is a lot of digging per household to clear the way, and then there is a long bit with no houses before we get to the main road, so a few households have to dig a few hundred feet!
Phoned the council today but they weren't interested!
I'm hoping for one of these teams on community service!0 -

I think we all assumed it was "proof of visit" or "to check what the fascia looks like" as per normal, rather than for a pretty picture on their website! Wouldn't it be easier to get their staff to do those???
I think it did mention that originally - darn cheek really, if they want 'professional 'standard photos then they need to pay fir them!ELITE 5:2

It would cost a fortune to get a professional photographer to take them, think they extracting the pee a bit and doing it on the cheap.0 -

But this is what I don't understand - their own store managers will be just as good as a mystery shopper, and free. And they won't have to do it covertly!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Could 'marketing purposes' not include checking the marketing? I assumed they wanted photos to confirm that the stores have the correct posters in the window i.e. making sure the correct offers and promos are displayed etc?
That would make sense having MSers doing it rather than store managers....January 2012 GC £296.96/£3000
