Anyone else starting to think that some of the companies are just more hassle than they are worth, and try to find any excuse not to pay after the work has been done?!

Duck, you can't mention client names, please take it off. Not trying to bite your head off if you are a newbie, but it says in the title of this thread. Thanks.

I've never actually had that problem ever, apart from with RE. I did a station sandwich shop. All done perfectly. I was given a very very faint receipt. So even with my 5mega pixel camera it would not show up. Got thick troll in the proof reading team query it 5 times even though I did a huge paragraph in the report saying THE RECEIPT WAS FAINT, I CAN POST IF YOU WANT. Anyway, I'm only getting paid the fee now and not the reimbursement and the report was accepted. It's not my fault the receipt I was given was faint. What was I supposed to do, go back and complain and say I'M THE MYSTERY SHOPPER, GIVE ME A CLEARER RECEIPT. The reimbursement is only a few quid, so I will let it go this time I think.
  • Has anyone in Scotland seen the TNS email today that says at the bottom about rescheduling/cancelling jobs. Don't they know that the country is being hammered by bloody snow?

Seven jobs done-It was going to be the last before going on holiday (apart from a currency airport job) but accepted one for tomorrow morning. I'm a sucker for an inflated fee ;)

One of my RE jobs vanished after I submitted it -Allocator could see it-but system couldn't.Straightened out very quickly -No drama no fuss . Kudos to them.

I've just gone to do a report for one I carried out yesterday to realise it's been released. No email or anything, and I'm sure it's not one where the report has be done on the same day.
