I was made to feel that my custom was not valued because the member of staff was not customer focused. This was because he did not want to make my coffee as it was easier to serve the next customer a pint of beer than to walk to the coffee machine and prepare my drink. It takes more effort to put a teaspoon and a sachet of sugar onto a saucer than place a glass under the beer tap. Also because of the inept mistake on the cost of the purchase, a manager had to be called, causing more work for the bar person and also an explanation as to why this happened had to be given. I can confirm that direct eye contact was made when my plate was slammed down in front of me. The eye contact continued as the staff member made his way back to the bar area.:rotfl:

Re our lovely friends at Gyp (in case they are reading this!!) anyone else able to see lots of jobs but with no little box to tick to say you want to add it. Have tried putting date in, reading notes etc. Is it everyone or am I about to be sacked for refusing to have a day off my full time work to go and do some coffee jobs for them at Centre Parcs?:money:

You need to put the date in first, mine worked ok after that.

I just selected the dates and then hit the "add to basket" button on the top of the list as normal and it worked fine.. (well unless they have gone and taken then off me again)

I was reading through the old posts on this thread. I have been gradually making my way through them all. lol

I noticed what you guys have said about GR post codes. Could somebody be so kind as to pm me some companies GR do please? I know a lot of people have asked for it before but I really have no idea and it would be wonderful to actually see an assignment in the list

I never saw a tick box either with Gyp. Just kept pressing the assignment then went to view basket at the top and it was in it.

Another chilly day today - currently -6°C outside. Can't do the work scheduled for today as my stands and paperwork didn't arrive. Going to finish off catching up on jobs that should have been done last week and do some "anytime this week" jobs, so I'll have space free to do today's work later in the week when the stands arrive!
