I count the cold sandwiches (not rolls, toasties, flatbreads, etc.), then just list the low fat ones (there are currently only two as far as I am aware). I just count the panini (I do not list flavours). React (and the client) are obviously perfectly happy with this.
I have been doing these since React first got this client (on their old, pre-Sassie system), and I must be well into three figures on the number I have done!! I have never lost points on my reports since they started the scoring.
I'm planning to carry on this way, unless React tell me otherwise, because they clearly don't need any more information than I am already giving them.0 -
Anyone????
Quite likely the client changed the demographics as to who they wanted.
Moral.....
Don't turn anything down in case of getting something else. Go with whoever confirms definitely first. Providing of course you really do want it.
There's always another season.
Same with all assignments...what you don't get this time you might next.
update.....at least they apologised. Human error that someone left and didn't say. Maybe you will be top of list next time...

lol, it was one of those email ones that you had to apply for with a million words, take test etc.
I done the test, matched the criteria etc etc, and got emails congratulating me, saying I would definitely get the holiday, no more hoops to jump through, and they would be in contact with the dates....
Had apology now, as they 'overlooked' me but still not very happy.
You're right, big lesson learned....:(
I was just wondering if anyone else had got it.... I know there were a few successful people here...0 -
Hi all,
Did anyone else deal with Retail active with regards to premium holidays back in June? I was 'successful' and have waited all this time for my dates to now be told that they have allocated them for the foreseeable future now, and the person I was dealing with that guaranteed one of them would be mine, has left the company.
I'm quite upset, as I know we shouldnt rely on them, but we turned down another holiday for the sake of this as I was told I would definitely get one :mad::mad:Anyone????lol, it was one of those email ones that you had to apply for with a million words, take test etc.

There's always next year. I know they sent out an email last week looking for people with under 5's.
I had the application form but never got round to the 750 words as to why they should choose our family - think I got stuck on about 400!!!
I do know of several people that did get holidays though. Lovely, but a lot of work - and you have to fork out all expenses in advance. I did hear on the grapevine that one person did the job and their reports were so bad they weren't paid and that's a lot of money to be down! So if and when you do get one allocated be sure to do it right! We’ve had to remove your signature. Well team Mel have seriously outdone themselves this time. I got a query saying they couldn't read the receipt Saturday sent to the wrong e-mail address so I only just saw it today (Lord knows how they got it, it's not on my profile details) anyway, I was out and the receipt was still at home so I had to wait til now to sort it out.
Just got home, found the receipt, took another picture of it, logged into RE..... and the query had vanished and the report approved. Magically all on it's own without me doing anything the report was re-reviewed and receipt suddenly became readable. Genius.0 -

Anyone banking with Santander / Abbey / Alliance & Leicester BEWARE
Only just realised that i've not received my payment from Retail Eyes despite giving my new sort code (Alliance & Leicester sort codes have changed to a new Santander one)
Now I also have an email from ABA stating payment failed "Payment has however failed - your banking details are complete, but are not recognised as a valid account / sort code combination by the automated banking system"
I'm changing all my payments to go into my Lloyds TSB account :@ very annoyed0 -
Grrr - am doing a hotel stay in a few weeks.
The first part of the questionaire is the telephone booking experience - but can I input that yet? No. How annoying. Have had to write myself a short essay in order to remember the telephone booking for the time I can complete the job.
Silly way to set the system up.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Is this for RE?
I send myself an email with the notes, viz. Time of call, who answered etc.
Never lose it and I can then cut and paste into the report.0
