Yes, I noticed that too. The old sort code seems to work fine, it's the new one that does not work. However the customer service staff at Santander keep telling me they are phasing out the old sortcode, others say it is still fine to use it.

I'm changing all my payment details to my account with TSB. Cant trust Santander any more.

Does anyone know what RE are like for tracing missing payments. Will they make me wait to the next pay run for my money?

    Is this for RE?

I send myself an email with the notes, viz. Time of call, who answered etc.

Never lose it and I can then cut and paste into the report.

    Thanks.

My self email was my short essay!

If I'd just been able to input the info direct it would have been so much easier...

Edit: Just realised why you suggested emailing myself. I wrote "write" - seems I use it synonimously with type. Truly, pen and paper has died.

Done my first Gap chicken today (had only done burgers before), and by the 3rd question it's annoying me, as the info it's asking from on the receipt isn't obvious, or not there at all. Store phone number - not on receipt (unlike burgers), and store number, well it's not clear what of the random numbers on the receipt are what! :@
Gap questionnaires are meant to be simple!

That's what I did for the phone number - it's just a silly thing to ask for if it's not even on the receipt. I will use the full number below the date then, although that looks like it is probably more than 1 number as it's like XXXX X X XXXX
But they will have a scan of the bloody receipt so they can work it out for themselves. If they aren't gonna make it clear! I much prefer the ones where there is a picture of an example receipt, which clearly shows what number is what, which I think if I remember correctly was the Gap Burgers maybe. Or just a receipt that says Store number: XXXXX rather than just having random numbers everywhere!

Abai miows and ESA egg briefing notes show you a receipt example. So much easier when they do that.

Jewellery audits for REACT. 2 in 1 shopping centre. Do they both have to be done on the same day? If not, can you claim 2 x mileage if they are done separately? I have a total of 7 mystery shops tomorrow. God knows why I picked them all. Now I'm super nervous.

Re: the jewellery shop for RE, does one have to glam up or can one wear normal clothes?

Jewellery shops need glad rags on but audits just a bit smart. No shell suits or trainers.
