Just checking my notes for a couple of up and coming clothes shops for ESA. There seems a hell of a lot to remember. How have other people found them, and do you have any tips? I've got a feeling the scenario will make me totally obvious:eek:
If you are going to a big store then it isnt too bad.If you are in a small store its a nightmare. You have to do 4 enquiries , 2 with each member of staff and its difficult to not stand out like a sore thumb.
The only advice I can give is do it on a saturday because you can get some anon in the crowd.
Also buy your body spray first as you will feel less of a tit than buying it after trying on shoes,a top etc with the same mos.
Horrible job imo.:cool:0 -
react state that if you do 2 of their jobs in one day you CAN'T claim double mileage!
Say I did one tomorrow and then one on Saturday, would I be able to get away with a double mileage claim? I know it's cheeky as they are both quite close to each other. LOL. I was just thinking I could do some visits (RE/GFK ones) tomorrow and then some on Saturday and use the mileage claim (travel pass) for them.0 -

Only just realised that i've not received my payment from Retail Eyes despite giving my new sort code (Alliance & Leicester sort codes have changed to a new Santander one)
Now I also have an email from ABA stating payment failed "Payment has however failed - your banking details are complete, but are not recognised as a valid account / sort code combination by the automated banking system"
I'm changing all my payments to go into my Lloyds TSB account :@ very annoyed
I had that 3 times with re. Said they couldn't read all the account number and to re enter the sort and account number and save it. Didn't work again, so put in a completely different bank account. am with the Allian.ce and leicester, and have had no problems with the new sort code for any other company except RE. Don't think alliance know what they are doing as I have so many problems with them since they were took over.0 -
Has anyone ever done any work for Mystery Customer Evaluations?
I registered with them back in 2009 and got 100 per cent on the test. Never been offered any work for them and have not saw any on the prophet website. Any suggestions would be appreciat0 -

OMG! So glammed up for jewellery RE shop. But I would be all glammed up for the other normal visits and I would be a dead giveaway as a ms'er. Eeeek.0 -

I'm going to do the same give them a completely different bank account! Did you have to wait till the next 15th / 30th of the month for your money though? :beer:0 -
react state that if you do 2 of their jobs in one day you CAN'T claim double mileage!Jewellery audits for REACT. 2 in 1 shopping centre. Do they both have to be done on the same day? If not, can you claim 2 x mileage if they are done separately? I have a total of 7 mystery shops tomorrow. God knows why I picked them all. Now I'm super nervous.

Yep, if you do the jobs on different days you can claim 2 lots of mileage, car park etc. Go for it!We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I disagree. When I did the training course last year they said that all visits must be done on the same day. I was also told that they had sacked someone who had claimed too much mileage.
If its abused, they'll end up taking the mileage away.

Thanks to JEN and TG for clearing this up for me. You're both angels. :j:j
Has anyone picked up any TNS SASSIE coffees, my bloody adobe acrobat reader won't bloody load up, so can't read the guidelines. I printed out the questionnaire, but it does not say anything about purchase requirements. If anyone can load adobe up, please can you pm me? Thanks a lot in advance.0
