Bit of a thick question. Say I am flying to London and will be arriving at Terminal 1, and then on the return flight flying from Terminal 1 too. If there is a mystery shop at Gate 6, would I have access to it, or will I only be allowed there if my flight departs from that actual gate? Anyone know?

It depends where gate 6 is, ie domestic or international and if you are flying the same way. Then I think you will be ok, I have not flown international out of T1 for ages but last time I flew domestic then you could move around ok.

I am sure someone with more knowledge can tell me if I am right or wrong :rotfl:

ETA, just found this "UK and Ireland departure gates 4-12" so it looks like gate 6 will be a domestic gate.
  • Usually, you can go to any gate in the same terminal - security is before all the gates.
  • Am I the only one who is now thinking that the "mystery shopping paid course" is ANOTHER of your ideas to line your own pockets using the information based on this thread?

This thread is to help people, not for you to advertise your ripped off ideas.

Thanks pet. I'm perhaps interested in doing it, but I don't want to pick it only to find out I don't have access to it. From what I recall, in Manchester they had like sections, i.e. Gate 1 to 10, and then Gate 11 to 20. So if my flight was from Gate 12 and the mystery shop was at Gate 7, I doubt I would be able to get to it. I am confused dot com. Mind you, doesn't take much. LOL. :p:D:p

Most airports have maps on their website nowadays so you should be able to work out where the security barriers are and if you get there or not if you go to their website.

I know a lot of you on here have smartphones. Do you find that you manage to pick up more jobs because you have email and internet on your phone?
I am wondering if it is worth me investing in a better phone and if I'd get my moneys worth?
    Any opinions ?
    Thanks :D
  • To the person that, this morning, released a pub Sunday lunch, bed store AND shooting-star electrical store job on RE in my area which were due yesterday ..... WHY???????

Definitely. I pick up loads of jobs on my iPhone. I've had it since March and I'd say it's paid for itself in the number of jobs I've got.

    Hi

Could someone please PM me details of the miaow jobs? Are these with ABA? I'm registered with them but only with a few clients. I followed the links in the first page of the thread but can't seem to get any more.

    Thanks in advance!
