(I really don't think there's any need to be so rude about other shoppers-people do the job for different reasons ....and some people feel the need for alcohol before tackling an RE questionaire anyway)
I agree with both points here. Personally I wouldn't do one of these assignments but then I'm sure I do others that people wouldn't touch. That's the beauty of self selection.

As for needing the drink to tackle the questionnaire ... I think most of us need several drinks, lol. Especially with these inane proof reading queries that keep being sent :(.
• Have received a text from Gap :

Hi******, For ****** remember that nobody, including children, can accompany you at any stage of the evaluation. Please be sure to check the restroom.

It was sent at 03:20 am...glad the phone was not in my bedroom!

Happy days!

Oh no... Does this mean they'll be starting the stupid o'clock texts saying "Please remember you will be monitored by CCTV on your burger visits" before every visit :wall:

They woke me up several times last time!!!

Me too! After a frantic phone call from them last night as well offering me loads of burger jobs!! I'm glad my phone was downstairs and not next to the bed otherwise I'd have been a little annoyed, however thinking about it on the other hand this could be my alarm call to get up and check the RE upload!!! :A

However, it seems my problems just started... This time it is my fault...I got another assignment with them for this week – Holidays shop (two of those in different locations). I read thoroughly instructions, when got them. Today I finished early my interpreting work and was so happy that I will be able to complete one of this Holidays shop today (due date 11/11) that I run there straightaway. It was just 4.30 and had only 30 min but the scenario was easy and I decided to do it... Ready once again on my mobile info regarding the assignment and did it. Everything was ok to the moment when one of the advisors after my back said to another one; “I though they will be checking on us from tomorrow not today”... Do I have to say how I felt that moment? First of all I look at the calendar displayed on the customer advisor desk and realised that actually today is Tuesday and the visit suppose to be performed on Wednesday or Thursday and secondly
I think I replied to one of your earllier messages. You need to treat MS as a job! Would you go to work on the wrong day? Sadly, because of a lot of recent publicity, people think it's an easy way to make money and get a lot of free stuff. It isn't. You need to treat it as you would any other job. Thoroughly read instructions, go on the right day and to the right place etc. I always print out the assignment (dont have an internet enabled phone) and put it in my diary then I am totally sure what I need to do, where and when.
As you've had so much trouble with this company, I'd suggest trying another, as, with all the problems they are unlikely to give you much more work.

Do you? I read it (admittedly not closely as I'm not in London on the right dates) as two adults OR an adult and a child

• Hello People,

Long time (mainly) lurker here... As we are in the business here of assessing customer service, I thought it might be interesting to see which companies people like working for, and which they don't... I know RE in particular don't seem too popular but perhaps I could compile something a bit more technical! Therefore my idea was that ppl could send me a pm with a score out of 10 for the companies they work for and I could cobble together some sort of list... So, if you fancy it - send me a pm. If it's not such a good idea and not everyone else shares my somewhat obsessive love of lists then don't and I'll merge back into the background!

Yeah, seems so - taken from the main one I can see. Might not be the same scenario for all, though.

"This visit is for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children (one of whom must be under 10yrs old). "
