From memory the Mystery Shop read as it was from the card issuer rather than the retailer, as such I would 'hope' Helion have a process so that the issuer will remove all searches.

Yep, but you can always add your own notes to your credit file and you should if there are any entries on there that aren't correct.

I would be getting copies of my credit records (both agencies) once Helion have "wiped" this entry and I would be asking for the costs to be refunded.

I just can't, I'd rather not go in to the reasons on here.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Paypal charged me for my first JKS payment. I rang them and asked why and they confirmed that it was because of the way in which the payment had been released. I had to contact JKS and tell them I was going to send back the money, and could they pay me as a "non-business" customer. They did, and payments okay from then on. Could this be the reason that you are getting a net fee? If so, get onto paypal/Helion to sort.

I've been charged for a couple of companies. Will contact them and try to sort it out now
    Thanks for that Dotty :)

Was also very nervous about this one but I did this saturday and the manager was watching the tills, staff everywhere and noone questioned me, just be casual it takes no time at all and a VERY EASY report. Good Luck
I did one of these last weekend and it was so easy. I did my shopping first and had a trolley full of stuff which I pushed from one end of the store to the other whilst I did my counting and box ticking on the audit form. Nobody took any notice of me. I just looked like I was ticking off my grocery list.

Are you a newbie with RE?

    Have you released jobs lately?

Only reasons I could think of.
    No and no :)

I don't think their system is intelligent enough to be selective like that. If it was then maybe they could stop bugging shoppers who have amassed thousands of points and proved their reliability.

I think Max mentioned that they have a process for this, I'd email him as well!

Max - This seems to be a big issue with XXX, it was only luck this didn't happen when I did my shop at the local branch.

You've put the name in! To be fair I read it twice before I noticed. Better remove it.

In that case then pick up the 'phone and ask them.

Just noticed they have put the following in the Job Release reasons:

    "Assignment fee was too low"
    "Report was too long"

Made me giggle .. even they know how useless they are!

    And website too slow.

Pity they cba to sort it out instead of merely giving us the option to tell them about it!
