Yes, we should all accept every job the system allows us to and then release them giving either of those reasons but preferably the first one cos if the fee reflected the work and time to fill in those dreaded reports we wouldn't mind so much!

Just before they deallocate it from us for not filling in the report.....:D

If enough of us did that, maybe it would actually hit them hard enough to buck up their ideas?
From speaking to a friend who is an area manager for one of the companies that use RE for their mystery shops, RE are paid very fairly indeed, so it's not just that they are only charging the clients a smaller amount, in order to keep them, so can't pay us lot much. They are just muchos greedy!!

Sadly, the story is finished... However, I am not lucky at all... I dealt with two people from support team. They could not believe that I actually was at the same street and number as was indicated in the assignment instruction even I provided them with the scanned copy of that Google map and few photos... They informed me, that they spoke with the EGG store staff member and they told them that street and number are correct and the store is there located...The staff member forgot to mention that within one mile there another street with same name and number... As I had expected, I ended up without a payment. :think:


However, it seems my problems just started... This time it is my fault...I got another assignment with them for this week – Holidays shop (two of those in different locations). I read thoroughly instructions, when got them. Today I finished early my interpreting work and was so happy that I will be able to complete one of this Holidays shop today (due date 11/11) that I run there straightaway. It was just 4.30 and had only 30 min but the scenario was easy and I decided to do it... Ready once again on my mobile info regarding the assignment and did it. Everything was ok to the moment when one of the advisors after my back said to another one; “I though they will be checking on us from tomorrow not today”... Do I have to say how I felt that moment? First of all I look at the calendar displayed on the customer advisor desk and realised that actually today is Tuesday and the visit suppose to be performed on Wednesday or Thursday and secondly THEY WERE EXPECTING someone with this scenario and knew what was the purpose... :mad:

I carried out the scenario to the end, behaving naturally but with stone face although my previous excitation was gone and now I feel like a bloody fool...:wall:

Any advises? _pale_

I really want to work for this particular MS Company, but I feel our cooperation will finish soon, even before it is actually started...

P.S. I was of course considering an immediate phone call, but it was already half five, when I left the store and support team works only until 17.00.

Think we've all done something similar - I know I have. TBH, given your other problems and the fact you can't do the scenario again, I would just release it and do the other one only.

BTW, how do you release from ESA? Tried the button on the right but won't shift it from my inbox. Do you have to ring?

Hope it will work with the MS Company and someone (I know that around here is few of us) will pick up this job, as there is still enough time to complete it. It is my first released job with them and hopefully the last one. Tomorrow I will do my best while performing the other one and hopefully will not fool myself (fingers crossed).[/FONT]

Yes, you reminded me I had to release one. First time I have had to but like a fool I took on too much work this week. Funny how some jobs can take much longer than you originally anticipate.

Has anyone been by paid by RE?

I had an amount that was due to be paid on 10/11/10 but the amount has now moved to the due date of 25/11/10. I've checked my account and I don't have any pending payments from RE today but I do from React and GFK.

Ignore me. Just realised they make the payment on 10th, hopefully, the money will be in my account in a few days time.
