Just been sussed on a blue bank job and it's really knocked my confidence!!! Got another job to go and do this afternoon but I feel like I'll be seen through there too....:( Silly because I've done hundreds of shops and have probably been sussed before but not obviously. Am I being silly? I imagined I was a nondescript middle-aged woman but now I'm wondering if it's written all over me that I'm on a mission!!0

Must be the day for it!
I went into a bank, literally walked straight in - no need to look round as its my local and I was in there yesterday on actual banking stuff, walked straight up to the reception, had to wait 2 minutes while he finished with another customer. I asked 1 very general question and the guy's response was "Are you a mystery shopper?!" Hope I blagged my way through the question - but seems he's getting hacked off with them. There are at least 2 a week he tells me and they're "getting on my nerves":eek:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I did a job the other day - it was a reveal job and was told that I threw the lady because her "normal" mystery shopper has done the last 6 so she wasnt expecting a new one  You have to wonder when its like that what the point is!!
Dont let it knock your confidence - I think some companies get several companies to do them at the same time, so it must get wearing for the staff.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
I think I got sussed in an egg shop. I had the eggs in my basket when I asked my shop floor question, and the lady clocked them and I saw the penny drop. When she finished, she went and spoke to the cashiers.
When I got to the till, the cashier opened the box of eggs and then took each egg out and thoroughly inspected it before declaring they were ok to buy :rotfl:Here I go again on my own....0 -

I had one like that too where the cashier inspected each egg. She was generally really slow at processing each transaction and the only staff member so there was a long queue. I heard the customer behind me mutter 'they'll be hatching at this rate' to his partner:rotfl:0 -

I had this yesterday. I looked at the photo on my iPhone, showed it to the guy next to me and said, "is there any detail on this that you can't read?". He said no, clear as a bell, so I cropped the pic and uploaded it again. Fine the second timeMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
