I know that the question I am about to ask is probably a silly one. :pHowever, I have just filled out one of the Amber surveys. I looked once again through all the Questions and Answers and started to wonder, what does they really mean by, “How long did it take from entering, till a member of staff served you?” (The answer supposes to be in minutes and seconds). Is it about the overall time since I have entered the store and finally got scenario to the end and left the shop? Or is it the time counted since I entered the shop and been offered an assistance by the staff member
I am really sorry if I am annoying, but I had a long night (did not sleep for over 38 hours; let say I love the kids autumn vomiting bug...) and my brain is working like in a slow motion... The assignment instructions mentioned to make sure the figures are accurate as the store is checking the visit timing on their CCTV... I have both figures, but just got confused at the very end stage of the survey completion, which one is expected in this question...I'm Polish and so what?

I would read it as the amount of time between entering the shop and been offered assistance by the member of staff.Operation House Move £11993.60/£25000 (47% achieved)

Thank you Guys for your responses.
I still did not sort it out (in meantime did 2 other reports). I am still struggling as the assignment notes are saying, “MAKE SURE THE TIME YOU ENTERED AND THE TIME YOU LEFT THE STORE IS ACCURATE AS THERE ARE CCTV CAMERAS AND STORES ARE CHECKING THESE TIMES ARE CORRECT.” Checked once again that survey and the very first thing was displayed was the date and time of visit (assumed it is the time I have entered the store – as always), however nowhere else (apart of the one I mentioned above) they were asking for the time. Is there any chance that the previous one suppose to be filled with the time, I had left the store?
In this particular store it is making a difference, as I was acknowledged (B) within 35 seconds (smile, verbal greeting) since I entered the store (A). Just after next 25/30 seconds, the other staff member actively approached me (C) and this was the point that I was recognising as the beginning of serving... Then after over 20 minutes, I left the store (D).

Now regarding the instruction from the shop guidelines and my visit, amount of time between which point of the visit (A, B, C, D) is the one I need to key in? I'm Polish and so what?

Is anyone doing the 'charm' shops. What are they doing with their purchase if they don't want it? D'you think I'll get the best price on Ebay for it all boxed and if I sell it with the receipts too to prove it is genuine but black out my card details? I've done two of these visits so have got quite a bit of money's worth of stuff :j
When I get payment for them is anyone's guess as the MS company have been slated on here for paying late.:mad:0 -

You stated before they asked the time you were approached by the assistant-not the time you left the store.
If they want the time you left the store, put that, if they want the time you were approached then put that.
Without knowing what job you are doing it's difficult to say what to put,
just follow the instructions on the form.0 -

It is a “small fury river” shopNon-purchase needed. Hope this makes some sense ...
Tomorrow I have the same job to complete (actually a bit different as enquiry on much higher priced item) at different location, but I will have to go through all the questions ones again...
Thank you for your patience. I am truly grateful!I'm Polish and so what?

Please feel free to take some of the 50 odd pubs showing on mine then, no one seems to want them and they're starting to get annoying!
In all seriousness this is the busiest month ive had so far this year MSing in general. I think its the pre-xmas scramble. But I have been doing it a while now so have started to build up a reputation.
Hang in there and some more are bound to pop up.0
