Ok guys quick query. Just applied for a job on React where you had to record the call. Has anyone doen one of these calls? If so how do you record the call?

I just got a letter refusing me a credit card from one of your shops. I'm extremely upset and annoyed by this (not the refusal, the fact they processed the application)

Can you ask them to add a notet my credit file? My credit rating is VERY precious to me.

I think Max mentioned that they have a process for this, I'd email him as well!

Max - This seems to be a big issue with the retailer, it was only luck this didn't happen when I did my shop at the local branch.

From memory you dial a normal rate number to record and it redirects you to the call centre. (by normal rate I mean an 01 number as opposed to a RE 0870 number)

I thought about that and will have a go tonight. Bit annoyed with myself really, but having completed over 150 jobs for RE, I would like to think they would trust I did the job. Having said that, I'm not sure what value they get out of the photo.

They have a number you call and it'll record it for you

Sorry love, been there, done that, got the t.shirt, hence no longer accept RE assignments.

You'll need to add your own note too, I think.

HI,

This really should not happen and the project may well go on hold.

Please email and we will get it wiped. I just had confirmation that they have succesfully done that for another evaluator.

From memory the Mystery Shop read as it was from the card issuer rather than the retailer, as such I would 'hope' Helion have a process so that the issuer will remove all searches.
