  • RE: RE and their payment policy

They make it up as they go along. You could do a visit today and it doesn't get passed for payment until the 18th but you could do a visit on the 15th and its passed within the hour.

Work it out if you can.

  • Sat is not bad going. I have one that will be 2 weeks on thursday. What good is any of the feedback you put on the report 3 weeks later, its highly possible that the member of staff wont even remember by the time the store gets the report.

I wasn't :p, it was a spicy electrical where they sold nothing as low as the reimbursement.

It is hard to find something that the reimbursement will cover but I managed to find a DS accessory kit thing half price so I spent a penny under the reimbursement! You could always buy batteries...

If it's sitting in 'payments pending' then it means that the proof readers still have to work their magic on it. So you might get it back. :( Happiness only comes when it moves out of there and into the 'Due' section with a date :D

Mine are still payments pending and they've defo been proofread as I have a mark and feedback.

Oooh, the new electricals on RE have a slightly higher fee than the usual!
Maybe as there's no purchase, so no reimbursement?

Visit on saturday - still pending on RE.

Visit on 17th October-payment pending up to yesterday:eek:

I rang them up yesterday re this and (as has happened before) a "proof reading" query:cool: had been raised-but no-one had bothered to let me know!!

Sorted within seconds-and it went to payment for the 10th Nov.

So give them a week and then ring to see what the problem is-I've had a few like this.

Has anyone seen the details of payment options on Helion's login page? I really don't know which to go for...BACS is not an option for me in this case, so it's either Paypal or MoneyBookers (I have accounts at both).

I received my first (and only, to date) payment from them via Paypal but was charged (Max did offer to look into why, but as it wasn't a great deal of money I declined his offer).

However, as things are going to be picking up with Helion, I'm keen to figure out whether Moneybookers will incur fees, and indeed whether other Helion shoppers that have been paid by Paypal incurred fees?

Why is this the case?!? :s

I've noticed PayPal randomly charging at times when I've received money from selling on Ebay, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme nor reason as to when this occurs or why.

I just can't, I'd rather not go in to the reasons on here.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
