how do bare normally pay? I notice you can opt for Paypal, but know I haven't given them my bank details. Do they send cheques...assuming they pay you obviously.

The thing is with BARE is that you can do a huge amount of work, eg a large car circuit for one assignment, so it's easy to run up quite a large outstanding payment.

I've always had a bank transfer the month after the month the work was done but I'm now waiting payment for jobs from Aug. It's not that much but I got great scores and worked really hard, on a 70-mile roundtrip, so I'm annoyed.

They were one of my favourite companies before this last job so very disappointed.

You need to go and fill in your extended profile with your payment details.

Hello all

I did a shop today and have just typed it up. However, the questionnaire will not submit until I have uploaded an image of the store - even though this was not stated on the brief. The survey does say that I will not get paid until I have submitted a picture.

Should I submit a blank pic and email an explanation so that I meet the deadline or should I wait until tomorrow and call the ms company? Not that I would have been able to take a pic today as it was pouring with rain when I left!

On a separate note, I had to take a pic of another store today and it was completely glass fronted, brightly lit, with several desks facing the front door - that was a tricky one!

Upload any picture and explain why if necessary.

And I'm actually going to say something in defense of BARE. They are probably the people I've done the most work for, and the only delayed payment I've had was the test centre.

I would have defended them too, but now they aren't answering my emails and haven't paid me either. All we're saying is it's probably a wise idea not to run up a large payment from them until this is all sorted, as there is more than one of us in the same position.

My problem is when I was setting myself up to do this assignment it was necessary to contact the allocator several times. He replied within 24 hours, or sometimes within the hour. Then nothing. 10/10 but refusing to respond to me or pay. I do know people have been paid, but like yonk says there are a few of us who haven't. I have emailed the head honcho today as well as Jen's contact again.

I found the offices are in the US give them until the evenings to reply. Also Ihave a number for this chick if anyone wants it?

Copy Theresa, mmyers, and Mbare on the email tellt hemthey have 48 hours or your going to the mediaand courts and facebook... LOL they answered fast.

Is there a general problem at the moment, or is it just a few random payments that have been missed?
I really like Helion, they tick all of the boxes that you want in a MS company really - fair fees, very good communication, and logical straightforward reports. But not so fab when payment issues!
