Evening all, come on Lurkio - finish the joke
My head is still groggy but the tablets are working and I feel like food again now. In fact, I might just have to treat us to a take away tonight - I really fancy chips and curry sauceThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

Really shouldn't read this thread before dinner - the Asda chorizo & potato quesadillas look kinda unappealling now ..
Jo - last nights dinner was dead easy - tinned of creamed mushrooms (or condensed mushroom soup), chicken, onions (fried) and some sweetcorn and garlic (left that out cause I had a meeting in a small room today!) heat it up and add some milk if sauce too thick. My mum used to call it Chicken Supreme and served it with rice (very progressive in the 80's in Scotland!).
Off to shower as just in from gym0
