  • Morning all, nice sign Jo.

DS requested spag bol last night, so that's what we had and it was lovely. Unfortunately I got a surprise migraine about 1/2 hour later, not sure what triggered it, so I'm a bit off my food at the moment :o

I need to raid the canteen for something tasteless for breakfast I think :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

  • OOh Pen hope your head is better today, Migraines are horrible.

Jo loving the new sign, will you be having any eating challenges like on Man Vs Food? :D

    Hi Lurky

MMMM Ewan McGregor is lush in The Island :happyhear

Just had homemade ratatouille with melted cheese and two chappattis (strange combo but lovely!)

Tea tonight is smoked salmon and watercress fettucine, not made it before and it is from my Low Fat cookbook so hope it isn't boring!

Urgh to your poorly head Pen - hope it's better soon.

Dinner tonight will be pasta, the rest of the pesto, (that 99p Aldi jar has done about 4 meals now!) and garlic bread. Might fry off a kabanos sausage to add OH's required meat quota - I suspect he doesn't realise just how little meat he's eating these days! :D (His favourite remark on the subject of macaroni cheese is that "there's nothing wrong with that which some bacon wouldn't cure!") :rotfl: Yogurts for pudding as we've got some in the fridge and sadly I have run out of Ewan McGregor for the moment.

Lunch was a roast beef & horseradish roll, packet of Cheesy Nonion crisps, clemantine and an apple. Must make sure I keep eating fruit. :o I love it, but have got out of the habit IYSWIM

Lunch: King prawn with some sort of pasta and yummy sauce.

Dinner: round one of rubber chicken i.e. chicken, mash, sauce of some sort and broccoli
