Hope your double audit is going OK Jo - sounds like you're well prepped for it though so I'm sure it will.

Just had leftover pasta for lunch with some pesto and a pitta bread. It was very tasty! :D Tea tonight will be stir fry.....we seems to have more noodles than are left in china so I'm intending to do stir fry once a week for the time being.

I had a lush hot steak sandwich, nom nom. Problem is that I am still hungry :o Trying to escape work early as lots to do at home.

Oh - sent application for a house today, fingers crossed that they won't check my credit history too closely :o

  • MMM hot steak sandwich!!

How long do you have to wait to see if you are successful Marru?

I had some hm chicken leek and pot soup and a slice of toast, had a mini choc muffin a min ago as am starving! decided tea will be chicken gougons, oven chips and salad as that seems to be the only thing we have enough quantity of as DD is home tonight.

Have had a sudden craving for some of my homemade chutney although it has only been bottled for two months and needs another one really...

Hope you get well soon HB, perhaps trip to the docs to find out why you are so run down would be good?

My applicaton has been approved pending references  That makes me always so scared. I would like to fast forward 6 years when all this trouble should have disappeared from my records.

Tea was fried egg sandwich with cheese. Perhaps I should boil some broccoli for pudding as there hasn't been much veg on the menu lately (apart from the butternut squash in the omelette yesterday and some tomatoes to serve it with). :rotfl: I will get my meal plan up and running, I will, I will, I will...:o

Ok so today I bought another car! I had a horible feeling about the other one. It was too expensive and would of left me skint. (wasn't the original peugeot Jo) Hoping I get my £100 deposit back

So have now put a deposit on a seat ibiza. £2200 cheaper. Phew!

Hope that is the end of all the faffing about.

Tea tonight was a hotch potch of whoopsies....Corn on the cobs, chicken and bacon pasta salad and cous cous.-Suprisingly delicous.
