    Just eaten a truely disgusting ready made pasta carbonara from Mr T's :(

    Ready meal carbonara is always like flour and water. I don't know how they make it taste so bad.

    I had a bacon and chicken sarnie for lunch and have just had chicken honey & mustard thing and rice for tea.

    To be honest I can't taste a thing still, so I am assuming it was ok. DH liked it :)
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
