Thinking just the same thing myself, so sending good vibes to jo, whatever you're up to:grouphug:

We're having ham today (HM from freezer).. veg situation is looking a bit sad so I'm going to 'make' bubble&squeak from scratch. Never done this before as usually from left-overs but if it's good enough for posh restaurants it's OK here. I've got potatoes, carrots and onions and will do some peas and broccoli from freezer to mash into it. I'm no good with frozen broccoli (turns out either not cooked or mush) but mush will be OK in this recipe:)
  • Just had a sort of mashed potato bacon, onion and celery hash, browned in the oven with steamed french beans ....... bloomin lurverly :D I love throwing things in and seeing what happens :)

What's for pud ? I hear you ask........ Mrs BHB made ....wait for it..... chocolate and beetroot brownies with some beetroot that were left over in the polytunnel. The are great ..... though need custard ;)

Jo, Jo, Where are you .... in a scooby doo voice
