Jo - I just wanted to say how much I enjoy reading this thread

Not only do I get ideas for tea, I get a snort and a giggle (have learned not to drink tea while reading :rotfl:), but most I am inspired by your positivity in in the face of adversity (blimey I said summat that rhymes before 7.30am :eek:)

Keep going girl, you WILL get there ... in the meantime I shall be cooking from this thread so keep the yummy slop recommendations coming! :j:j:j

Actually, I do have a recipe for chicken breasts with a stuffing of banana and a pineapple sauce ... oh heck, I'm already corrupted ... I've mentioned BREASTS before 8am ...
