Where are you in Holland marru? I've only been to Amsterdam but liked it very much. Local food is strange though, I remember my favourite restaurant being an Italian.

I'm very lucky too on the cooking front. My OH makes me breakfast in bed every day. He's a star:A! However I'm quite anal about meal planning, always have been. It makes a scoot round Asda much quicker when I know what I want so time-saving as well as MSE.

Good to see Healthy Eating going on in Piggy household. I think we all need it after.....

Chicken casserole here today with loads of veggies in and new potatoes.
