Last night I made this I only did the chicken and had it with normal mash cos I'm lazy, served with brocolli and cauliflower :drool:
Just had 2 bakewell cake slices for brekkie :drool:
Will be eating jam sarnies for lunch :drool:

Morning all!!
Jo - low fat slop in piggy house...as we are all starting to live up to our name!!:eek:
Breakfast - Special K (bleugh...must find a nicer cereal)
Lunch - egg sandwiches, mini ryvitas, grapes and yoghurt
Dinner - Chicken with roasties (done in fry light :A), veggies and maybe a yorkshire

Egg & chips tonight I think.....if I can be bothered with the chips when I get in as they are currently still potatoes!Last night was sausage, mash & beans, so haute cuisine is alive and wl at EH Villas! might do a curry night tomorrow though - have Naan breads in the freezer to use.

Hello Folks. Lovely thread Jo.
I need some inspiration, as I've got out of the habit of regular meal planning. For me breakfast is usually toast, but often fly around so much in the morning, that its skipped.
Its nice to see what others are having. Love my food. :j0 -

Brekkie was fruit bread toast, lunch is ham and coleslaw sarnies being scoffed as we speak plus a couple clementines.
DH is in charge of tea and the Mr T delivery actually turned up yesterday so we could be having anything really, who knows! At least it will be cooked and on the table for me when I get home from work - how lucky am IThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

Thank goodness for that.
Its nice getting inspiration though. I haven't thought about lunch yet. Got loads of stuff in the fridge/freezer. Leftover from christmas, which I am loathe to waste.
Just checked your post Jo. Jam sandwiches, haven't had for years, and very nice too.
Peanut butter and banana sandwiches for lunch now.0
