    Hi Jo

Hope you are enjoying you meal out :D

Good luck for tomorrow ... I'll be thinking of you:A

Morning all, meal out didn't happen, DD1 got asked out on date, OH was going out and my mum was gonna have kids till she came down with a horrific cold and wasn't well enough to have them. So sat in, got drunk, ate 2 ends of bread, cheese on toast with worcershire (sp) sauce and felt like crap when the alarm went off and I realised that I was due in the hairdressers at 10.30am

Hair now been shorn, WELL overdue and it now cropped and lovely, feel a darn sight better than I did a few hours ago.

OH woke me up banging on the door at 3.32am this morning, DD1 didn't come home, asked OH if DD1 in and he said she must be cos she let me in last night *rolleyes* he currenly in bed recovering.

I feel bad starting something off today cos OH promised DS to treat him today as he did really well at school yesterday, want to go to toby carvery or summat, how can I ruin that? :(

Maybe tomorrow's better jo in that whatever 'wailing and gnashing of teeth' ensues you can go to work/school Monday and not have to be around the house.

Had full English earlier, then lentil soup and off in a little while to watch Saints against Blackpool's reserve youth team.

Hugs from me too Jo, but be wary that there will always be something that comes up............... But you will find your own way to do things and when its the right time for you. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I of course am thinking of you :A

I have been extremely busy today :p and doesn't it make ya feel good :j

I achieved loads, whilst listening to my new Take That CD :o Some of the songs are really good I think. But I have balanced that out with the best of U2, may even move onto Squeeze later

Just drying my bedding and then off for a shower and to condition my dry hair :o still it seems to be improving.

Weightloss starts on Monday, I shall be: "Givin it sum"

Hope everyone is well and having a good weekend? I have an Harry Potter film to watch later, I have been slow at getting into Dear Harry but I am quite hooked now.

I just love the story of J K Rowling, single mum sitting in a Glasgow cafe because she couldn't afford to put the heating on in her flat. There she was in this magical world, writing away and it changed her life.

Absolutley fantastic and I love the fact that the same children have played their parts in all of the films too. :)

Its like hot chocolate for the soul, a nice story that if you have a dream, they can come true.:A

So here's to dreams coming true and to being happy and being loved................

    Happy Saturdays

I have to fess up, Lurks was correct (I am trouble mwah, hah, hah)

I come from the dark side (I'm a fan of intuitive eating) ... and want to share a secret with all those restricting themselves food wise ... shhh ... long term, diets don't work, they make you miserable and heavier :(

Now the good news ... if you want to experiment with something more radical there is help and support out there (actually there are Chocolate Fairies all over the UK ... of which I am one :))

Women's Hour on Radio 4 has had two very interesting programs on said subject this week ... one on Wed with experts discussing the challenges people face and a listener phone in on Thurs. They are both available on iPlayer should you want to listen again.

If you are supported in your challenge all well and good, I believe people should do whatever works for them ... but if you get jaded and start to beat yourself up watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxAw5vuCIQ4 or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQ0DKYqnmlA&feature=related or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRjxxZIH1w8&feature=related

I am so with NorthernLas with this one. I am reading Beyond Chocolate and it has completely changed how I see food. I don't know if I have lost any weight as yet but I know I am feeling a lot better about myself and also I seem a lot calmer. I eat food that I want to eat because I am hungry and I know that if I don't eat something and want it later I can have it.

I used to eat because I felt that I somehow missed out if I didn't eat it but now I realise that world if full of lovely food and I can have any of it at any time so I don't have to behave like a famin is going to start and eat everything in sight just in case.
