Anybody have a good recipe for lamb burgers?

I have been browsing BBC food recipes and the only difference between the recipes are what seasoning has been used. I don't have any fresh herbs and no dried mint either so shall I just go for garam masala and paprika then? And should I add one egg or not? I am going to cook them on the hob as my oven is very temperamental. LL has promised me a new one but it hasn't materialised as yet.

Salt, garlic, splash of worcester sauce?

One egg to bind, or add something *like* ketchup and there'll be no need for an egg
