Anybody have a good recipe for lamb burgers?
I have been browsing BBC food recipes and the only difference between the recipes are what seasoning has been used. I don't have any fresh herbs and no dried mint either so shall I just go for garam masala and paprika then? And should I add one egg or not? I am going to cook them on the hob as my oven is very temperamental. LL has promised me a new one but it hasn't materialised as yet."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Salt, garlic, splash of worcester sauce?
One egg to bind, or add something *like* ketchup and there'll be no need for an egg
