I couldn't do anything bout OH last night as DS wasn't too well and was up very late, I ended up taking him to bed at 10pm and going to sleep myself :rotfl: so missed the new year completely but I'm sure I didn't miss anything important

Happy new year! Jo - probably a good solution the way things worked out last night in the end - I have to say I agree with those above who said that a 'normal' day would be better to do the deed. Hope the new year works out as you are wanting anyway. xx

Food here today was a late breakfast of toast & marmite (yum!) and have just had some chockit bikkits - not sure what we're eating later as we're with the inlaws - might be going out for a meal (their treat) or might be leftovers here instead.

The new year started off terribly as my grandma passed away in the early hours of this morning. which is very sad.

Though I am going to be positive in 2011 and I am going to make the most of being here and hopefully well and ultimately happy?

My one good thing is that I am changing my image to new age come hippy :cool:

I have already ordered a multi coloured poncho, cowboy boots and two hippy dresses I tell you my inner spirit is coming out

Not sure if this is a good thing, we shall see .....................

But tis time for a change for our Budgie
