OK - look forwad to it - have just read your thread - we are the same age and been married for the same length of time ! how cool !!

That's really neat I like that. Did you do anything special for your 25th? I am still trying to decide what to do and have less than a month to sort it out :o but not sure whether I will have babysitters available. I assume that your kids are grown up like my eldest two and that you were not crazy enough to have twins at 46

We had a family party when my sister was over from the states - kept it fairly low key as my mum died not long before. DS was in USA on an internship so wasn't there anyway. In fact both DS and DD were at Uni on the actual day - so we just went out to dinner with our closest friends. The four of us are going to Morocco surfing for Christmas as we wanted to do something completely different this year.

My two are 21 and 19 - one living at home having graduated from Swansea but now doing a research Masters in Military History - the other is at Nottingham Trent doing Interior Architecture -

Have emailed you a card back

My eldest two are 19 my son is at Cardiff Uni second year there but changed course so back to year 1 doing medical engineering my daughter was half way through her art foundation course when she had the baby so is supposed to go back and finish it end December I just hope that she gets herself motivated to do so but is very up and down at the moment so not sure if she will only to be expected in the circumstances but very worrying all the same.

I would really like to get away for a couple of days with OH if that was possible but it will also depend on whether our little foster child has actually left us by then I will know more about the timetable tomorrow :(

I am always amazed when someone delurks :rotfl:can't understand really why someone wants to read my drivel:D but do feel free to join in.

My little girl is 2yrs and 3 months and we will have had her living with us for two years by the middle of this month so she really is part of the family she has had no contact with her parents for over twelve months and calls us mummy and daddy so this is not an easy time she is old enough to miss us but not old enough for anyone to be able to explain what is happening:(

  • Oh DT will they phase the new parents in so its not a shock to all of you especially her? I keep yearning for you that you are able to keep her but that is not helpful to you I know :o

Plus it must be difficult for you to explain to your little twins too :(

The little twins are up and down about it dependant on whether she is taking their toys :rotfl::rotfl:but they will miss her terribly and they were playing lovely with her today :)

It will be phased - tomorrow we will find out the timetable.

I have asked the universe :o and we did try in May but were turned down.
