I think the most important message is to have five small meals and to keep the water intake up I hope that message will be enough to keep my weight under control but I realise this is when the really hrd work starts but I am not going back to where I was it has made such a difference to me in some many ways and I don't want to lose that.

You sound really determined about it - and those are good, simple messages that you can keep with you - like you said, even tho the food wasn't perfect at the hospital, your progress continued - if you can do that, you can do anything!

You are right on both counts tomorrow was the day and yes the snow has scuppered our plans

But never mind it is only our 29th anniversary of our first date we can renew any time although it would have been nice to wear our new rings. Something for 2011 and 2011 is going to be a good year :T

So glad you and OS got home and you have acheived so much of your challenge.

It is a shame about today but then maybe such as special happy occasion is better in 2011 as 2010 has been such a sad year, that way you can separate them. We had a sad year the year DS was born and I have never been able to separate the two events in my head. I hope that makes sense to you .
