Well OH and I have dug my car out took about an hour we have done a mammoth shop in Tesco so the cupboards and fridge are full for a few hours :j. Been to the post office.
Also got a prescription for our neighbour who is in his 80s and a bit of shopping he was so pleased and so were we as he is always looking after us and we rarely get a chance to help him
All of this took hours but glad it is done.
OS had a couple of phonecalls from the police they have checked the CCTV but it was pointing the wrong way they suggested that he apply for criminal injuries compensation and they are sending some paperwork. He is trying to reduce his painkillers slowly and seems to be doing OK.
I am off to find my 50 day challenge post as I think today is the last day so I need to see how I have done

1. Decide rationally whether we want to continue fostering or not all too much emotion for that decision at the moment but needs to be made
Decision made new placement a little boy 14 months arriving Jan 10th
2. Fix my final ideal weight and achieve this (I have lost 5 stone in five and a half months :Tnow have to decide whether I need to lose another stone or not)
I have reached my ideal weight and am in fact 1lb under
3. Sort out my capsule wardrobe but as I am going shopping with Souk that should hopefully be pain free although at the moment my wardrobe has lots of empty space as I have got rid of loads of stuff that didn't fit
Done and what a lovely time I had with Souk:)
4. Tell my wonderful OH that I love him every day (25 years married on Tuesday) want to make sure we are still together for the next 25 yearsalso want to make sure that we arrange regular date times - us time always seems to be at the bottom of the list
Well I have told him every day, dates have not really happened but we did get lunch together on our anniversary and hopefully weather permitting we will renew our vows on Wednesday
5. Do some regular exercise
Err nobut if I get the census job that will be 6 weeks of exercise
6. Sort out what it is I really want to do as a job/business and make positive steps towards it
This is a work in progress I have applied for the census job and done some courses and one disastrous fair for the jewellery so I have tried but my main aim for next year is to substantially increase my income one way or another so that I can start reducing my debt again
7. Be sorted for Christmas
Well subject to the arrival of missing deliveries I am ready
8. Sell my Dolls House
This was a complete failure as I didn't think the photos were good enough so that has to be sorted:o
9. Be up to date with all accounts and paperwork
Oh yes I am
10. Decorate my little girls bedroom
Done and she is very happy and it is still tidy
Phew that's quite a lot for 50 days but as I will have no small children to look after during the day for the first time in seven years there is really no excuse

Well I have to say I am rather pleased with myself as I have met most of my challenges and it was rather a long list so I feel a real sense of achievement :j:j:j:j:j

Well done :T
What does reaching your goal weight +1 mean in terms of what you can eat?
It means I have started phase 5 which is muesli and yoghurt or milk for breakfast, orange/grapefruit for a snack, salad plus a small amount of protein plus low fat dairy for lunch, diet bar or sachet for snack, protein plus any veg except potato for tea.
I am so pleased that I managed to get to target this week and even a 1lb below because being away all week I had to make some compromise food choices that were the best in the circumstances but not ideal and I still managed to lose weight so that gives me hope that I will be able to maintain on a long term basis and that I can make good food choices:j:j
