That is so great to hear DT! I'm really happy for you :T0 -
I have realised that there is one more area I need to tackle - my hands they are terrible - I don't so much bite my nails as bite my fingers I have two fingers and one thumb that have callouses on them because I chew on them so much sometimes making them bleed  not good when we are going to have new wedding rings when we renew our vows:o
I know that I am not going to be able to improve them much in the next 16 days but I must try to stop biting them and get some moisturiser into them and then pluck up courage and go and have a manicure but they are so cringeworthy:mad:

If you get your fingers done...I'll get these little trotters sorted. Deal?'The road to a friends house is never long'0

DT I'm loving all your news about the weekend. Sounds like an ideal spring board (after the weight loss) to continue adding to your look and feel good factor.
I wonder though what actually are the basics of a capsule wardrobe or does it change for each individual do you think?0 -
DT for the hands I recommend mixing a little olive oil with some salt and giving your hands a hand scrub then rinse away, then try warming (not boiling) some Olive Oil in the microwave and then sitting (maybe while watching tv) massaging it into your hands, fingers and cuticles. Its very cheap and your handds will feel lovely. The more you do this the less likely you will want to spoil them by chewing. Plus the chewing is probably more likely if you can feel any dry rough snaggy skin which will make you want to start 'messing' with it, so the smoother you skin is the less temptation.0

Thanks I will give that a go tomorrow. The chewing is not to get rid of rough skin its just a habit I have had for years that when I concentrate on something I gnaw on my fingers and most of the time I don't realise I am doing it

There was a link I think on Hypno's thread to a capsule wardrobe site. I do think it very much depends on your lifestyle. I have discovered over the last few months that I can manage with far less clothes as long as they mix and match one item I bought a jumper I have hardly worn because it just didn't go with much else I had so although lovely in itself did not belong in my wardrobe. Tried a lovely dress on in Coast but I really did not have an occasion to wear it because of my lifestyle but Souk would have had a lot of use out of something like that as a social butterfly :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
