Anyone else not got the bonus interest? As posted earlier I opened 26 October but could not fund till early November as they hadn't sent my account details.

At end of October I got the 0.00 balance statement with the confusing interest rates and now I see I've only been given the basic interest at 30 November and no bonus.

Should the bonus be added the same day or later?

At the moment I just have a payment called INTEREST showing which is just the 1% interest (less tax).

No sign of the bonus yet. I'm definitely supposed to get 2.85% AER because they confimed that in writing after my complaint a month a go (along with a comical explanation on why they could never accurately show the interest rate on the account in written statements).

I think bonus interest was paid a few days late last month according to an earlier post by Milarky and other subsequent reports so we will see if it appears by Monday.

Same here, only one lot of interest. I was expecting the bonus to be paid the same day as the basic interest. Last month's delay should have been a one off.

Come on NatWest, sort it out!

Lol, it makes one wonder just how efficient Natwest is?

I can confirm that I have just received the one interest payment, being the 0.80% (after tax @20% deducted), no sign of the bonus yet!

No bonus here but bonus paid on another Natwest Esaver that loses its bonus in Feb.

No bonus received here, either. My Cash ISA with them did get the bonus, though - just the new eSaver I opened up in October that didn't get a bonus.

Well when I asked the question I thought I would be in the minority not having received the bonus interest but beginning to think Natwest have done it again!

On previous bonus eSaver accounts I have held there were always two entries showing interest, one at the basic rate and one for the bonus rate.

I also only had one line show up on the statement today for the new bonus eSaver I opened recently, so apparently the glitch may be affecting many people.
