1 load towels folded and put away
Dw emptied and refilled
1 shelf of larder unit emptied decluttered and tidied.. christmas cakes are on the cards this week..
Bin in kitchen emptied.. must do composty box too
TD on again.. 2 baskets full to go in.. it is piddling here or they'd be on the line

Changing bedding next I think and need to get chook in the SC and girlies showered.

Ditto what she said, Valli your DD is just being stroppy, I learned something a long time ago from a training course which has stuck with me for a lot of things - when is a problem not your problem, when it's someone elses - in basic terms sod her she'll come round eventually and until then (especially because she's 15) there is probably naff all you can do about it. Just enjoy yourself x I must admit I didn't find my parents seeing someone new easy but made the effort and actually I like both of them and now have someone else I can talk to quite openly (Dad's fianc!e) and someone I can ask about DIY stuff my mam's boyfriend but he takes more careful handling, likely because of my mothers actions!

Pittling down here too but we're at DPs club, wish I wasn't as I could do with just sleeping the day away, got that cold, damp feeling. Anyway as I can't I've decluttered dozens of emails, cleared some things from my 'work' bag, now got my feet up planning that 'everything must have a place' list an the rearranging of DSs rooms! Will have to put the TD on as soon as I get home, did shirts yesterday but they have no trousers done. Could be worse, we were supposed to be at the drag racing down elvington which I can guess will be called off or a lake!

It's been raining here, too, and doesn't seem to want to stop. We're finishing off a late lunch and DH is out. DW and TD are on the go, some HW done with DS2 and I've got a chicken in the SC. Chicken fricassee (sp?) with rice for tea, I think. Something else DH won't be pleased about , but we can't always have red meat.

Next is more laundry, more HW and a quick trip out. I need eggs and bread and I want to call at the nice garden centre in the next village. I'd like to get a !!!!! willow tree for MIL's birthday in two weeks and want to start with having a look there before trawling the web.

Best make a move then, as DS1 is due back from his guitar lesson any minute and I need to check if his soup is hot.
