    Morning ladies

    R&R day yesterday;)

went to my most favourite place, Kedleston Hall, where the Adam interiors and marble+blue john fireplaces are stunning and the sofas are stunning and the fabric covered walls...

DD has major issues with me seeing the LSB - not helped by the fact she walked in on us having a hug/kiss as he was leaving. DS has been angry with her over it - he doesn't mind/care so why should she. So she is being very rude and not speaking to him (I expect her to be polite - that's all, so hello/goodbye/excuse me).

This is, I suppose, the effect of my being single for so long and I would appreciate any advice.
At the moment it is 'dating' only.

Anyway, lots of 'work' work to do plus I need to do something with the apples - I'm thinking crumble and I have a huge ironing pile!

Valli~~ how old is DD, from what I can recall your ex has a new gf, so if DD doesn't mind her, I would ask her when you have a quite chat why she minds your bf.

I have a bid in on a birthday book on ebay, to solve my remembering problems.

    Same age DS2 then..

I'd tell her she was being rather immature and does she really expect you to be alone and single forever? She and her brother will be flying the nest in the next few years, they are both meant to be demonstrating a level of understanding and empathy by now which DS has obviously mastered and it sounds like she has a touch of spoiled madam syndrome.. she does not own you and should understand your need for companionship and other things people of your age have no right to be doing.. :p She is being incredibly silly.

I can't imagine you are neglecting them and their needs and she should be glad you have found someone who makes you happy.. especially when they find out you have 2 grumpy teenagers in tow!
