    Morning All

Well we ended up with a new hamster! DS decided last night that he would have another one - hopefully this one will last a bit longer.

Staff meeting tonight so won't be in until late but then hopefully I'll get something done. Just going to do a quick HHC before I go to work.

    Have a good day all

Good morning everyone. Up early as DH had forgotten top put out bins.Aaaargh. I'm going to have to do something about the mutual close and stairs- we share with the shop. My MIL has the close full of gubbins. To get the bins out, I had to move 3 bags of shredded paper a load of cardboard boxes from the shop and a delivery pallet. Really this is becoming too much! Moan over.

Morning, I feel so rough and full of cold this morning :( at least it isn't raining, I might try and get the last sofa cover on the line as it's still not dry. Will do it when I get back from DS1's music group though, so I can grab it in again quick if it does start to rain...

DS1 was up in the night, he woke up crying at 3 so I went and settled him, then 10 minutes later he came into us and he was wet so I had to strip the bed and change him, and settle him again, then 10 minutes after that he came and climbed in with us, which is something he NEVER does. We've never had him in bed with us, so if he does come in the bed he thinks it's playtime and wants to bounce around and have stories. But last night he went back to sleep and he's still there now! I had to get up with the baby but not even that woke him. I hope he's not ill, or got what I've got. To be honest it was quite nice having a bit of a cuddle :o

Want to get some washing in the TD and reload the WM before music, then it's time to attack the living room, even though I just want to crawl under a rock. Cup of tea first I think.

Yes, it is, and it's all stupid shop gubbins that's been there for weeks/months/and in some cases years that she's "getting round to sorting out" so no one's allowed to touch it. We had the same thing in our flat (used to be hers before she remarried)- many of the rooms were virtually unuseable because they were filled with her carp, and I do mean carp, and the halls were stuffed Nearly worked our way through it, and only have a bedroom and the front room to clear/excavate.
We're giving her until I've done this weeks flying and then we're going down and cleaning it to within an inch of it's life. Utterly sick of it. sigh.
Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.
Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.
  • Helly - its lovely having that cuddle isn't it. We used to do it Sunday Mornings when the girls were smaller, all 4 of us in the bed chatting and cuddling - usually it ended in a tickle fight in which I would get bruised and battered as their Dad tickled them till the pleaded his to stop lol. Savour it - it doesn't last forever :(

Sockdrawer - You must be very patient - cos I couldn't cope with other people's gubbins cluttering up my home!

DD1 has been decluttered off to school and DD2 ready to go. I am going play hooky for the morning - need to go to the bank so am going to peruse the shops! Might fly pm but the house looks pretty good as I did extra these past few days as LL was coming for an inspection - which he did last night sitting on the sofa drinking coffee! sorted!

    Happy flying people! x

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
