Surprise Surprise - mine was apparently shipped on the 4th too and it hasn't arrived. Meanwhile my (and many other peoples) money has been sat in cd-wows account making them extra pennies.
I emailed them again tonight, lets see what they come back with - they owe me money plus I used a voucher code too.
This fiasco has put me off ordering from them again and I intend to let them know this too. There's no way they can have sent all these orders and they've all gone missing. Someone somewhere is telling porkies methinks. :mad: It would have been better for them to admit their mistake and cancel the orders than to do this.0 -

Agree with all that, they better send me a replacement though, i won't be happy if they try and refund me my cash after siphoning the interest from it0 -
mine also has 'gone missing' after being dispatched on the 4th.

Just read through this thread, ordered mine on the 2nd, dispatched on the 4th. Sent email to them on 13th, got this response:
Thank you very much for your recent order and sorry to hear you are still
yet to receive it.
We fully expect all dispatched orders to be delivered within 7 working days
although, regrettably, some are occasionally delayed by Royal Mail.
Therefore, with this in mind, can I kindly ask you to allow 3 more postal
days for the order to reach you, and for you to then contact me again if you
are still awaiting delivery.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Still not received yesterday so sent another email to which I have had a response today:

My reply... I've responded and told them that I can confirm that my delivery address and that its the same address that is registed on my cd-wow account, that I've had items delivered to before!! Let's see how they get around this now.
