Something fishy going on, mine also "dispatched" on the 4th, my email is from "Kevin" and says to wait 2 more postal days.............
" regrettably, some are occasionally delayed by Royal Mail.
Therefore, with this in mind, can I kindly ask you to allow 2 more postal
days for the order to reach you, and for you to then contact me again if you
are still awaiting delivery.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter."

I have an identical email from Kevin too.0

CDWow has an Adam too. If it's an automated response wonder why they bother issuing it with different name at the bottom?

Perhaps if they 'can't fulfil the orders' everyone should ask for the Region 3 two-disc set instead, which they are still happily selling at £4.99.0 -

That part will be automated too, simply depending on which customer services login account was used.0 -
Shouldn't they give proof of postage?0

Hi
Thank you very much for your recent order and sorry to hear you are still
yet to receive it.
We fully expect all dispatched orders to be delivered within 7 days
although, regrettably, some are occasionally delayed by Royal Mail.
Therefore, with this in mind, can I kindly ask you to allow 2 more postal
days for the order to reach you, and for you to then contact me again if you
are still awaiting delivery.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Kind Regards
Kim

With service like this, no wonder they've got so many people in customer relations!
Agree with Cloysterpeteuk:Cloysterpeteuk wrote:...but it's what this represents for my future orders from the company that bothers me...
Will these companies never learn that if you mess with the likes of most, there's no return custom?
Everybody ends up losing out so what's the point?
I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -
