Nope not had mine either, despatched on the 4th!
Never had a problem before. Sounds fishy that they have sent all these out and many people haven't received them, but have now exhausted their stock...Did they really send them out? Haha0 -
They shouldnt take peoples money when they cant fulfill the orders. Also there seems some people got theres when they ordered after I ordered mine on the 2nd. So what is it with cdwow? Why is it not first come first served?
They also claim to have sent it, if thats correct why are so many orders missing?0 -

mine never arrived and nor did the one mr divadee ordered for my brother.
i emailed them from my account (just about to do mr divadees) and got a full refund and a £1 off voucher.
also got exactly the same email as above so i think they may be fibbing about sending them out!!
i think if they actually sent them they are being a bit quick and easy with the refunds!!!!!0 -

It's not surprising it's the same email, it's the standard reply template they send back when they can't resend an item due to having no more stock of the product, note that they call it 'the item' not 'King Kong' which is also indicative of a template reply.
Guess we will never know for sure if they actually sent them but never before have they had so many of the same item go missing at the same time so something fishy is going on!.
I don't really give a !!!! about a 99p Kong DVD going walkabouts but it's what this represents for my future orders from the company that bothers me, what I mean is before whenever I got a dispatch mail from them I was 100% sure I would have a shiny new DVD in my hands after a few days, now for every order i'm going to be thinking hmm it's been five days now is that bloody thing going to turn up or not? which also means i'll have to go to the hassle of putting aside the order confirmation emails as I won't know whether i'll need to contact them regarding the order.0
