The pictures on the agent's website are a thousand times better now, but are you aware that the old ones are still on Rightmove?

Yeah, the agent said it would take 48 hours to update on the likes of Rightmove / Zoopla etc. Thats why I posted the agents link as opposed to the Rightmove link.

Ah ok, glad they haven't overlooked it. Your flat looks quite lovely now, good luck!

    Thanks a lot.
I am happier with these images.

The only negativity I have in my head now is most potential buyers who have already clicked on the link might not click on it again to see the new pictures (as they may not be aware of the new pictures)
The original set of crap photos may have deterred buyrs from viewing again.

That being said, I have asked the agent to email any of our potential buyers with the new look "brochure" which will include the new photos etc.
  • The new photos are much better, especially the one of the bedrooms, you can see that there's room for more than a bed now.

The whole place looks lifted and just think with all the decluttering there's less to pack when moving day arrives :j

Good luck with your sale, I hope you manage to find a buyer soon.

  • Hopefully we might (just might!) get a few viewers coming through now......

The rightmove site has now been updated in accordance with the EA website, so hoefully it should get some more exposure this week.

    Here's hoping.
  • Come on guys.....

Anyone else got any thoughts / comments on the the new photos.

    Positive / negative comments welcome.

    Thanks
  • Anything???

    Anyone????

i think your house looks lovely now, but i didn't see the before pictures. if i was being highly critical the grass outside your fence needs cut and the fence could do with a paint job (kerb appeal)

i'm not sure if the kitchen is too bare now, perhaps a plant at the windowsill would be nice? also some viewers may be put off by the bright pink walls in your daughters room as it's not a neutral as the rest of the house.

anyway good luck and hope you get some viewings :D

New pictures are a huge improvement. You can now see the size of your kitchen, second bedroom and bathroom.

Are you getting any viewings now?

    Finding this thread very interesting.....

....I live at number 44 - not the other one for sale I hasten to add, am opposite there.

Am looking to sell up as well as I'm moving to the Netherlands !

Have just started chucking all my accumulated rubbish out to try and get the place in a decent state.
